Wine Making

After growing our grapes in the vineyard for a full season, we harvest the fruit and craft a premium full-strength Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc wine. Then using advanced spinning cone technology we gently remove the aroma and the alcohol at low temperatures to retain the wine flavour characteristics. The delicate aroma is then added back into the body of the alcohol-removed wine along with a small amountof premium grape juice to round out the final blend. This results in a crisp, refreshing non-alcoholic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc wine, with low calories.

Marlborough, New Zealand. Grapes are grown for a full season and crafted into a premium Sauvignon Blanc before alcohol removal.
