Wine Making

Deakin Estate Zero Shiraz is crafted by gently removing the alcohol from fully fermented traditional Shiraz. Through modern extraction, the alcohol is drawn out, and the wine is then re-blended and delicately carbonated with a light spritz to preserve the fruit's brightness and plush finish.

Sourced from Australia’s Murray Darling region in Victoria. Made from fully fermented Shiraz before gentle alcohol removal.

Bright notes of ripe blackberries, dark plums, vanilla spice, and a hint of black pepper.
