Deakin Estate Zero Shiraz (6 bottles)
Deakin Estate Zero Shiraz
Wine Making
Deakin Estate Zero Shiraz is crafted by gently removing the alcohol from fully fermented traditional Shiraz. Through modern extraction, the alcohol is drawn out, and the wine is then re-blended and delicately carbonated with a light spritz to preserve the fruit's brightness and plush finish.
Fruit Source
Sourced from Australia’s Murray Darling region in Victoria. Made from fully fermented Shiraz before gentle alcohol removal.
Colour
Deep ruby red with purple hues
Nose
Bright notes of ripe blackberries, dark plums, vanilla spice, and a hint of black pepper.
Palate
Juicy and satisfying with lush red and dark fruit notes (cherries and raspberries) and soft, rounded tannins.
Cellaring
Designed to be consumed fresh and is not intended for long-term cellaring. You should enjoy it immediately upon purchase or within 1 to 2 years to preserve its vibrant cherry and raspberry flavours.
