Wine Making
We start by crafting premium, full-strength New Zealand red wine. Using innovative spinning cone technology, the wine is gently separated into aroma, alcohol and body.
The delicate aromatics are carefully recombined with the body of the wine, with a small addition of premium grape juice concentrate to achieve balance and texture. The result is a refreshing, delicious alcohol-removed Merlot with low calories and classic varietal character.

Nose

Cellaring
Best enjoyed young to preserve its fresh fruit expression and soft, approachable tannin structure. No extended cellaring required.
