A refreshing alcohol-removed Pinot Gris made from premium New Zealand fruit from Marlborough, Waipara, and Hawke’s Bay. It shows delicate aromas of white florals, lychee, and red apple, with flavours of pear, apple, and a hint of muscat. Light, smooth, and gently off-dry with a balanced, elegant finish—offering full flavour with no compromise.

Wine Making

We begin by crafting a premium, full-strength New Zealand Pinot Gris, using the same attention to detail as our traditional wines. Once complete, we use advanced spinning cone technology to gently remove first the aroma, then the alcohol.

The delicate aromatics are carefully captured and blended back into the wine to retain its varietal character and expressive nose. The result is a refreshing, off-dry style of alcohol-removed Pinot Gris with low calories and true New Zealand personality.

"I have tried both of these wines and can only say, as a previous full bodied wine drinker, I was a tad skeptical that zero alcohol wines could be as good. I was definitely wrong! Both are amazing, but my favourite is the Pinot Gris, which I believe will be available in store from August. I couldn't be happier. The switch to zero alcohol has been easy thanks to you!"
