The aroma is pure and inviting with fresh lemon and grapefruit alongside pear and stonefruit. The palate is light and playful, lifted by fine, persistent bubbles that bring energy and vibrancy. Crisp and dry, it is made for celebrations of every size.

Wine Making

We begin by crafting a premium, full-strength New Zealand sparkling base wine. Once complete, advanced spinning cone technology is used to gently remove first the aroma, then the alcohol.

The delicate aromatics are captured and blended back into the wine to maintain its brightness and varietal character. The result is a dry, refreshing alcohol-removed sparkling wine with fine bubbles and low calories.

"Giesen 0% Sparkling Brut is perfect for those who don’t drink alcohol but still want to enjoy the occasional fancy bubbly drink. I love that it’s more local than the other imported wines from Europe/America. The flavours were really good, it’s fresh and light and has a sweet fruity taste. I will definitely buy this myself again."
