Medium bodied wine dominated by bright red-fruited accents reminiscent
of Raspberry jellies and red jelly crystals.
Tannin structure is soft and round with an appealing youthful freshness.
Very approachable wine with mild flashes of herbal nuance which don’t
detract from the wine but provide complexity and layers.
Our Greenock Estate vineyard hosts 200 acres of hillside vines producing outstanding Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Mataro grapes. At the top of the hill sits our five peaked Chateau, where grapes are crushed and then fermented; thus, beginning the process of making small-batch Barossan artisan wine.
It’s a blessing to make wine here.
