Jansen & Thorn Shiraz 2021

A rich and expressive Australian Shiraz delivering classic depth and flavour. The Jansen & Thorn 2021 Shiraz shows a deep crimson colour with purple hues and a lifted aromatic profile of ripe plum, dried spice and dark chocolate.

The palate is generous and smooth, offering layers of vibrant red fruits supported by hints of tar and liquorice. Subtle toasty cedar oak integrates beautifully, adding structure and complexity while supple tannins provide a long, balanced finish. This is a full-flavoured Shiraz that showcases richness and drinkability in equal measure.

Perfect for pairing with grilled meats, slow-cooked lamb, hearty pasta dishes or mature cheeses.
