Full bodied wine displaying great balance of flavour. The nose shows Cabernet
influence where the palate displays a beautiful juicy rounded character
synonymous with Shiraz.
Fruit flavours flirt between the blue to black spectrum.
The tannin profile is quite firm but shows a very spherical nature providing depth
and breadth, with a touch of savoury nuance.
Notes of mocha, anise drops, olive flesh and dried eucalypt add complexity and
layers to the long, complex finish.
A wine to be enjoyed now, but also the structural ability to safely support
cellaring time.

Our Greenock Estate vineyard hosts 200 acres of hillside vines producing outstanding Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Mataro grapes. At the top of the hill sits our five peaked Chateau, where grapes are crushed and then fermented; thus, beginning the process of making small-batch Barossan artisan wine.
It’s a blessing to make wine here.
