Juniper Crossing Original White 2024 is a bright and refreshing blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, bursting with guava, pink grapefruit and gooseberry flavours. Crisp acidity, hints of lemon pith and a soft textured finish make this an easy drinking white perfect served chilled.
Wine Making
A blend of Semillon (55%) & Sauvignon Blanc (45%). 100% cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness and aromatics. Kept on fine lees for 9 months to build texture. Bottled February 2025
Fruit Source
Juniper Crossing Original White is crafted from sustainably grown fruit sourced from Juniper Estate’s Metricup and Karridale vineyards in Margaret River. The Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc parcels are harvested separately at optimal ripeness before being blended to create a fresh, vibrant and beautifully balanced white wine. Both vineyard sites and the winery operate under the certified Sustainable Winegrowing Australia initiative.
