Tasting Notes

Clear, deep crimson in colour with a vibrant scarlet hue, this wine displays pronounced aromas of primary fruit characters of blackcurrant and blood plum, complemented by nuances of dark chocolate and bay leaf, with toasty vanillin oak notes. The palate is vibrant with silky fruit characters of cassis and mulberry with a hint of crushed bay leaf. The soft, juicy palate is beautifully textured with a creamy yet subtle vanillin oak finish.

About The Winery
