We begin by crafting a premium, full-strength New Zealand Chardonnay. A portion of the blend undergoes malolactic fermentation and maturation on French oak to build texture and complexity. Once complete, we use advanced spinning cone technology to gently remove first the aroma, then the alcohol.
The delicate aromatics are captured and blended back into the wine, preserving its vibrancy and varietal character. The result is a smooth, dry-style alcohol-removed Chardonnay with low calories and true depth of flavour.
Premium cool-climate fruit from Hawke’s Bay and Waipara. Hawke’s Bay provides ripe peach and stone fruit character, while Waipara adds citrus lift and crisp acidity.
Pale golden hue with soft warm highlights.
Aromas of citrus, stone fruit, and subtle French oak.
Smooth and well-balanced with flavours of peach, vanilla, and fresh citrus zest. Creamy texture with gentle buttery, toasty notes and a soft, lingering finish.
Best enjoyed young to preserve its fresh fruit character and delicate oak influence. No extended cellaring required.
