Wine Making

We begin by crafting a premium, full-strength New Zealand Pinot Gris, using the same attention to detail as our traditional wines. Once complete, we use advanced spinning cone technology to gently remove first the aroma, then the alcohol.

The delicate aromatics are carefully captured and blended back into the wine to retain its varietal character and expressive nose. The result is a refreshing, off-dry style of alcohol-removed Pinot Gris with low calories and true New Zealand personality.

Fruit Source

Premium New Zealand fruit sourced from Marlborough, Waipara, and Hawke’s Bay, contributing structure, balance, and lifted aromatics.

Colour

Pale straw with soft golden hues.

Nose

Delicate white florals with notes of lychee and red apple.

Palate

Light and refreshing with flavours of pear, apple, and a subtle hint of muscat. Sits between freshness and gentle sweetness, with a smooth, balanced finish.

Cellaring

Best enjoyed young to capture its fresh aromatics and fruit purity. No extended cellaring required.
