Wine Making

We begin by crafting a premium, full-strength New Zealand Riesling. Once fermentation is complete, advanced spinning cone technology is used to gently remove first the aroma, then the alcohol.

The captured aromatics are blended back into the wine to retain its expressive nose and varietal clarity. The result is a refreshing, off-dry style alcohol-removed Riesling with low calories and vibrant New Zealand character.

Fruit Source

Premium fruit sourced from Marlborough and Waipara. Marlborough provides vibrant citrus intensity, while Waipara adds lifted floral notes and structure.

Colour

Pale, clear lemon-yellow with bright highlights.

Nose

Fresh aromas of lime, citrus blossom, and elderflower.

Palate

Zesty and refreshing with flavours of lime and ripe mandarin. Gentle sweetness is balanced by crisp acidity, creating a lively and well-rounded finish.

Cellaring

Best enjoyed young to preserve its bright citrus character and aromatic freshness. No extended cellaring required.
