Wine Making

We create a premium, full strength New Zealand Rosé from carefully selected aromatic and red varietals. Once the wine is complete, we use advanced spinning cone technology to gently remove first the aroma, then the alcohol.

The delicate aromatics are captured and blended back into the wine to maintain its freshness and expressive fruit profile. The result is a bright, off dry style alcohol-removed Rosé with low calories and unmistakable New Zealand character.

Fruit Source

Premium New Zealand fruit from Marlborough and Waipara. Marlborough provides freshness and vibrant acidity, while Waipara adds lifted aromatics and balance.

Colour

Pale pink with bright, clear salmon hues.

Nose

Aromas of white peach, apple, and fresh strawberry.

Palate

Light, vibrant, and refreshing with flavours of cranberry and stone fruit. Dry and well-balanced with a clean, crisp finish.

Cellaring

Best enjoyed young to preserve its fresh fruit character and lively, expressive style. No extended cellaring required.
