Description

Type: White Wine

Giesen 0% Sauvignon Blanc

A refreshing alcohol-free Sauvignon Blanc made from premium New Zealand fruit sourced from Marlborough and Waipara. Aromas of lime, redcurrant, and lemon shortbread lead to vibrant flavours of citrus, blackcurrant, and passionfruit, finishing crisp, dry, and refreshingly bright.

Wine Making

We start by crafting a premium, full-strength New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, using the same care and attention as our traditional wines. Once the wine is complete, we use advanced spinning cone technology to gently remove first the aroma, then the alcohol.

The delicate aromatics are carefully captured and blended back into the wine, preserving its distinctive nose and varietal character. The result is a dry, refreshing style of alcohol-removed Sauvignon Blanc, with low calories and unmistakable New Zealand expression.

Fruit Source

Premium New Zealand fruit sourced from Marlborough and Waipara. Marlborough contributes vibrant aromatics and varietal character, while Waipara provides balance and softness.

Reviews

Cameron Douglas 87 points, Master Sommelier

"Bright, fruity and crisp with flavours of pineapple and yellow pomaceous fruits. There is a light herbaceous quality adding some depth and style. A silky mouthfeel touches the palate first, then as the acid line folds in, the flavours of apple and tropical fruits settle into a persistent theme of style. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2028. Chill well for service."
