Wine Making

We begin by crafting a premium, full-strength New Zealand sparkling base wine. Once complete, advanced spinning cone technology is used to gently remove first the aroma, then the alcohol.

The delicate aromatics are captured and blended back into the wine to maintain its brightness and varietal character. The result is a dry, refreshing alcohol-removed sparkling wine with fine bubbles and low calories.

Fruit Source

Premium cool-climate New Zealand vineyards. Carefully selected parcels contribute bright citrus, juicy pear, and delicate blossom character.

Colour

Pale lemon-gold with fine, persistent bubbles.

Nose

Fresh aromas of lemon, grapefruit, pear, and subtle stone fruit.

Palate

Light, crisp, and refreshing with vibrant citrus and pear flavours. Fine bubbles create a lively texture, leading to a clean, dry finish.

Cellaring

Best enjoyed young and well chilled to preserve freshness and lively effervescence. No extended cellaring required.
