    Perfect on the palate

    I have now shared 2 of the 6 bottles and both were not disappointed with the flavours. I paired it with a cheese platter and the entire catch up was excellent and the wine was a good part of the enjoyment. Flavour was noticeable and not over sweet to the palate and I do love a good sparkling wine. Will definitely be buying them again and the cost of the 6 bottle are very reasonable
