About The Winery

Petaluma was founded in 1976 by Brian Croser, who pioneered a site-driven philosophy by planting each grape variety in the region best suited to it—Riesling in Clare Valley and Cabernet in Wrattonbully, among others. The White Label range continues this legacy, showcasing wines made with precision and care, crafted for enjoyment from release onward.

1 x Petaluma White Label Cabernet Sauvignon – Coonawarra
A bold, full-bodied red from Coonawarra, packed with juicy, spicy fruit flavors the region’s known for. You’ll catch hints of blackberries, mint, cassis, and a touch of cedar on the nose. Smooth, elegant, and layered with soft, sandy tannins — this one’s a solid choice for lovers of classic Cab Sav.

1 x Petaluma White Label Chardonnay – Adelaide Hills
This cool-climate Chardonnay is all about balance. You’ll get subtle stone fruit and citrus on the nose, with creamy melon and crisp acidity on the palate. A little oak adds texture, making it smooth and fruit-forward with enough structure to age nicely too.

1 x Petaluma White Label Pinot Noir – Central Otago, NZ
A silky, smooth Pinot from one of NZ’s top wine regions. It’s dark ruby with a hint of purple, with vibrant aromas of dark berries and cherries. On the palate, it’s fresh and elegant with a clean finish — a great example of cool-climate Pinot done right.

1 x Petaluma White Label Pinot Gris – Adelaide Hills
Super easy drinking with crunchy pear, floral notes, and zesty acidity. There's a bit of creamy texture from time in barrel and on lees, giving it a soft mouthfeel. Lemon and lime on the finish keep things fresh and crisp. Great for sunny days.

A fresh and fruity blend of Grenache and Sangiovese. Think strawberries, raspberries, red apple, and a touch of floral vibes. The palate’s juicy and lively, with a creamy mid-section and a crisp finish. Perfect picnic wine. Bonus: it picked up a Gold Medal at the 2024 Riverland Wine Show.
